Ready to dive in? See our Membership plans and passes below. Our CrossFit memberships include SWIFT and Yoga as a part of the memberships. Plans

SWIFT/Yoga Unlimited $99 every month • Unlimited visits • This is an unlimited plan for use at either our Monon or Capitol location for SWIFT and Yoga classes (CrossFit classes NOT included). This does not include workshops or special events.

SWIFT/Yoga 13x month $79 every month • 13 visits per Month • This plan is essentially a 3x per week plan that allows for a roll over day for months that are uneven. It can only be used for SWIFT or Yoga classes at either our Monon or Capitol location. This does not include workshops or special events or CrossFit classes.

CF Unlimited $175 every month • Unlimited visits • Our CrossFit Unlimited Plan gives you access to all locations and programs per month. We kind of think it's the best deal ever :). This will sometimes also apply to workshops and special events. Ask your coaches/ teachers for details.

Start your new year off on right with an Amazing opportunity for the Best Resolution. The resolution of Health. Starting January 2nd, embark on a new nutritional journey to experience and live 3 lifestyles in 92 days. Our goal is to get outside of our comfort Zone and encounter these new diets and lifestyles, learn new healthy recipes, create a sustainable and healthy future, eat whole clean foods and help others make the transition to a healthier lifestyle by providing the platform and community for them to thrive on. After the 92 days, choose the best from each of the 3 diets and leave the rest to move forward with your new lifestyle. CrossFit Drop In $15 • 1 visit • Dropping in from out of town? Need the perfect box that is equal parts technique to sweat ratio? Well, we're pretty sure we're it... Want a t-shirt too? Add $10 to your drop in (pay at the Box, based off of availability of merchandise) and get a NapTown tee as a souvenir!
